Job description:

Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio (False Creek location), is currently looking for Line Cooks. The ideal candidate will excel as a team player and will work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. He or she will have the opportunity to learn from a Top Chef and work with exceptional seasonal products. You will offer minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook.

• Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation of the highest caliber

  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ similar or transferable experience

• A strong cooking foundation is an asset

• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays

• Able to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure

• Possess articulate communication skills required to interact effectively with the team

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable

• Must have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
