The Opportunity
Viti Wine and Lager (Seymour) is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Associates to join our team. Experience is not necessary – we are just looking for someone with the same passion for food and the hospitality industry as we have!
Must have a flexible schedule and be available evenings & weekends (PART TIME)
What You’ll Do
Cash handling
Customer service
Inventory control
Stock receiving and replenishing
Daily store maintenance
Other duties as assigned
What You Have
1+ years of experience in working in a liquor store or restaurant setting is preferred.
Knowledge of and interest in liquor products is an asset.
Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages with a valid Serving it Right certificate.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer and POS experience.
Previous exposure to inventory control procedures and counts.
Must be available to work on weekends and evenings. (store closes at 11 pm)
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
